Go to the System and Security \/ Administrative Tools page, double-click on the Computer Management entry, and in the directory tree on the left, go down to Task Scheduler \/ Task Scheduler Library \/Microsoft\/Windows\/TextServicesFramework. Clicking on this will display the MsCtfMonitor task in the right pane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After right-clicking on this entry, select the Disable command. Then restart the computer.
