In the Create Shortcut window that opens, type shutdown \/s \/t 0 and click Next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The s parameter will ensure the shutdown, the t 0 parameter specifies that the shutdown should take place after 0 seconds. Give the shortcut a clear name, such as Shutdown, and save it by clicking the Finish icon. In the future, double-click on this shortcut will be enough to shut down Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shortcut can be saved in the taskbar or in the Start menu.
