Outlook users need not despair in this case either, because an add-on can translate the text in a matter of seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do this, download and install the Translate for Outlook extension in the usual way: Start | Manage Extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once installed, open the letter you want to translate. Start the translation itself by clicking on the button in the top right-hand corner.
