How can I save recovery information more often in Word?

By default, Word saves recovery information every ten minutes. If the program or computer freezes, all your work is not lost. For those who find this interval too long, you can increase the frequency to every two minutes, for example.

Open the Word File menu and click on Options at the bottom. Select the Save category from the left-hand column, reduce the value next to Save recovery data automatically, and finally click OK to save the change.
