If you’re using a monitor with a display that can be rotated to portrait, you may sometimes need Windows to display the Desktop in portrait mode. Go to Settings, then select Display. Scroll down and under the Display orientation option, select portrait or landscape. Alternatively, of course, you can use the method of right-clicking on a free area of the Desktop and selecting Graphics Options from the local menu.
