If you want to know how much data Windows 10 sends and receives, it’s very easy to get this information. Just open the Settings, click on the Network and Internet category, and select the Status entry in the left-hand column.
The current Internet connection – wireless and/or ethernet – is displayed on the right-hand side of the window. Click on the Data traffic button to take a look at the applications and system components that have sent and received data in the last 30 days.
