Not every regular PowerPoint user is creative enough to pull off a flashy slide show without a problem. Microsoft 365 subscribers can get help with this – from the smart Design Ideas PowerPoint feature.
Open a presentation of your choice and click on the Design Ideas menu icon on the far right of the Home menu.
PowerPoint will then start searching for design ideas online and display them in the right-hand column. When you find an attractive layout, click on its preview to apply it to the selected slide. Or click on the More Design Ideas button below to get more variations.
