In Windows 11, the Start menu and application icons are moved to the center; if this layout doesn’t work for you, there’s luckily an option to re-align the items in the Tray.
Right-click on the Tray, then select the Tray Options option. The Tray Layout option must be changed if you want to see the icons on the left.
