How can I translate emails directly in Outlook Mailbox?

Sometimes a letter written in a foreign language arrives in your mailbox. Outlook users need not despair in this case either, because an add-on can translate the text in a matter of seconds.

To do this, download and install the Translate for Outlook extension in the usual way: Start | Manage Extensions.

Once installed, open the letter you want to translate. Start the translation itself by clicking on the button in the top right-hand corner. By default, the translator converts between English and German, but of course, you can switch between source and target languages.

Not all languages are supported by the translator, but there are many options available.
