If the scroll wheel of the mouse is turned upwards, the screen content moves in the same direction. Conversely, if you swipe up with two fingers on a touchpad, the display moves down. Notebook users who find this illogical and therefore confusing can easily change this.
Switch to the main menu with Windows+I, click on the Tools category, and select the Touchpad entry in the left-hand column.
In the Scroll and zoom area, under the Scroll direction, scroll up is set to scroll down by default. Click on the setting to open the drop-down list and select Scroll down to scroll down.
