In the Windows File Explorer, in the left sidebar under This machine, you will find the Libraries. If you have an external drive connected to your computer, it will also appear under Libraries. If you are uncomfortable with this arrangement, you can make a simple registry entry to make the Libraries entry appear above This machine or under Network.
Type Regedit in the search box hit enter, and answer yes to the question about controlling user accounts. Go to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID{031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5} key and double-click the SortOrderIndex entry in the right-hand column.
In the Value field, type 42 to display the Libraries above This machine. If you want it to appear near the bottom of the list instead, enter 66. Save your changes with OK, which will then take effect immediately, you just need to open a new instance of Windows Explorer.
To restore the original order, change the value to 54.
