Windows 10 users who are used to right-clicking the Start button to select and launch Command Prompt are not thrilled that Microsoft has replaced the Command Prompt and Command Prompt (as administrator) entries with Windows PowerShell and Windows PowerShell (as administrator) entries in Windows 10 build 14971. In any case, it is possible to restore the original state with little effort.
Open the Windows Settings, for example, by pressing Windows+I, and select Personalize, and from the left-hand column, select Tray. Right-click on the Start button to set the Replace Command Prompt menu item with Windows PowerShell… switch to Off so that the Start button’s local menu looks like it used to.
